Ingredients:
4 ozUncooked linguine
1/4 lbsXtra lean ground beef
2 tbspFlour
1/2 cupChicken broth
1/2 cupSkim milk
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley
8 ozCan tomato sauce
1 tbspRomano cheese, optional
Procedures:
1In large nonstick saucepan, cook linguine to desired doneness; drain and keep warm.
2In same saucepan, brown ground beef; drain and set aside.
3Combine flour, broth and milk in same saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
4Stir in parsley, tomato sauce, and cooked ground beef; heat thoroughly.
5Add linguine; toss to coat.
6Sprinkle with cheese.
