Beef & sausage stir fry in gravy

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsLOW FAT POLISH SAUSAGE
3/4 lbsROUND STEAK
2 tbspSOY SAUCE
1 tbspINSTANT BEEF BOUILON
1/2 cupWATER
1 packBROWN GRAVY MIX
3 tbspOIL
Procedures:
1Cut sausage into rounds about 1/8" thick.
2Cut round steak into strips about ? thick.
3Cut beef strips to about 2" in length.
4Place meat into a bowl and add soy sauce.
5Stir to coat.
6Let stand 20 minutes.
7Add beef bouilon and any desired spices.
8Let stand 30 minutes.
9Place oil in a skillet and heat until smoking starts.
10Place beef and sausage into skillet and brown slightly.
11Add water and bring to a boil.
12Reduce heat and cover.
13Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
14Remove meat, add enough water to make one cup.
15Bring to a boil, add brown gravy mix.
16Stir constantly until mix starts to thicken.
17Add meat back to skillet add reduce heat.
18Cover and simmer until meat is warmed through.
19Serve over cooked long grain white or brown rice
