| 1 | Cut sausage into rounds about 1/8" thick. |
| 2 | Cut round steak into strips about ? thick. |
| 3 | Cut beef strips to about 2" in length. |
| 4 | Place meat into a bowl and add soy sauce. |
| 5 | Stir to coat. |
| 6 | Let stand 20 minutes. |
| 7 | Add beef bouilon and any desired spices. |
| 8 | Let stand 30 minutes. |
| 9 | Place oil in a skillet and heat until smoking starts. |
| 10 | Place beef and sausage into skillet and brown slightly. |
| 11 | Add water and bring to a boil. |
| 12 | Reduce heat and cover. |
| 13 | Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. |
| 14 | Remove meat, add enough water to make one cup. |
| 15 | Bring to a boil, add brown gravy mix. |
| 16 | Stir constantly until mix starts to thicken. |
| 17 | Add meat back to skillet add reduce heat. |
| 18 | Cover and simmer until meat is warmed through. |
| 19 | Serve over cooked long grain white or brown rice |
