Ingredients:

| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cumin | | 10
| oz | Frozen chopped spinach | | | -- defrosted | | | -- well drained | | 1 1/4
| cup | Prepared chunky salsa | | 1
| cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese | | 8
| med | Flour tortillas, warmed |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, , stirring occassionally. | | 2 | Pour off drippings. | | 3 | Season beef with chili powder, cumin, ?teaspoon salt and ?teaspoon pepper. | | 4 | Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. | | 5 | Remove from heat; stir in cheese. | | 6 | To serve, spoon approx. ?cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. | | 7 | Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges. | | 8 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
