Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupStuffing, prepared
1 1/2 lbsRound steak, thinly sliced
2 tbspOil
1 canCream of mushroom soup
Procedures:
1Recipe by: noreen cut steak into 6 pcs (4x6 inches); pound.
2Place sbout ?cup stuffing near center of each piece of steak.
3Starting at narrow end, roll up.
4Tuck in ends; fasten with toothpicks.
5In skillet, brown roll- ups in oil; pour off fat.
6Stir in soup and water.
7Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until done.
