Mozzarella cheese -- sliced
Beef -- thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce
Procedures:

Combine egg with milk.

Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.

In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms.

Add beef and brown them quickly on both sides.

Transfer to a baking disk.

Top with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
