Beef, black beans and rice

Ingredients:
2 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 lbsLean ground beef
1 cupChopped onions
1 cupChopped peppers, green
1 clGarlic, minced
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspMustard, prepared
1 tspChili powder
2 tbspSoy sauce
Ds Cayenne pepper
1 cupTomato sauce
2 cupBlack beans, cooked, drained
3 cupBrown rice, cooked
Procedures:
1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2Add beef, onions, green pepper, and garlic and saute until tender, stirring frequently.
3In a small bowl combine lemon juice, mustard, chili powder, soy sauce, and cayenne with a small amount of tomato sauce and whisk until thoroughly blended.
4Stir in remaining tomato sauce, then add to meat mixture.
5Add beans and cook for 20 minutes, or until flavors are well blended.
6Serve spooned over hot rice
