Ingredients:
1 Lemon, juice & rind
3 tbspFlour
2 tbspButter
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupSugar
3 Eggs, separated
1 1/2 cupHot milk
1 9" pie shell
Procedures:
1Cream butter and sugar.
2Add egg yolks and beat well.
3Add flour, salt, lemon juice and grated rind.
4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
5Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 °F for 45 minutes
