Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 tspChili powder
1 canPork & beans (16 oz.)
2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cupDiced green pepper
2 tbspButter or oleo
3 cupElbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
Green pepper rings
Procedures:
1Cook onion, green pepper and chili powder in butter until tender.
2In casserole, combine onion mixture with beans, macaroni, cheese, milk and salt.
3Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until hot.
4Garnish with green pepper rings
