Basic oatburger

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cupWater
1/3 cupOil OR
1 Large onion, diced
1/4 cupItalian seasoning
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1/2 cupNuts, ground
1 tspGarlic salt
1/4 cupFlaked
Procedures:
1Nutriti nal yeast bring all ingredients to a boil.
2Turn down heat and add 4 ?c. rolled oats.
3Do not stir.
4Cook about five minutes.
5Then set aside to cool.
6Form patties with oiled mason jar lid.
7Place on oiled cookie sheet.
8Bake at 350 °F for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
9Serve with ketchup or gravy.
10Makes about 20 ~25 medium sized burgers.
