Ingredients:
3 lbsChuck roast
1 cupWater
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 tbspMinced onion
15 ozCan tomato sauce
1/4 cupBrown sugar
1/4 cupKetchup
1/4 cupMustard
Ds Worcestershire sauce
Procedures:
1Roast meat, along with 1 cup water and bouillon cubes.
2Shred meat with a fork after cooking and retain 1 cup of the juice from cooking.
3Add rest of the ingredients to shredded meat.
4Put in a crock pot and cook on low heat 3 to 4 hours.
5Serve over hamburger buns or dinner rolls
