Balsamic chicken

Ingredients:
4 ea Chicken breasts (boned)
2 tbspFlour
2 tbspOlive oil
12 ozMushrooms, sliced
5 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cupBalsamic vinegar
1/2 cupChicken broth
1 ea Bay leave
1/4 tspThyme
1 tbspFlour (additional)
1 tbspButter
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Rinse chicken and pat dry.
2Dredge in mixture of salt, pepper and 2 t flour.
3Brown chicken in oil in skillet on 1 side for 2 to 3 munutes.
4Turn chicken.
5Add mushrooms and garlic.
6Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is brown.
7Stir in vinegar, broth, bay leaf and thyme.
8Cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
9Remove chicken to serving platter.
10Stir in 1 t flour and butter.
11Cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
12Discard bay leaf.
13Pour over chicken.
14Serve with wild rice and vegtable
