Ingredients:
| | 4 ea Chicken breasts (boned) | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 12
| oz | Mushrooms, sliced | | 5
| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1/2
| cup | Balsamic vinegar | | 1/2
| cup | Chicken broth | | | 1 ea Bay leave | | 1/4
| tsp | Thyme | | 1
| tbsp | Flour (additional) | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Rinse chicken and pat dry. | | 2 | Dredge in mixture of salt, pepper and 2 t flour. | | 3 | Brown chicken in oil in skillet on 1 side for 2 to 3 munutes. | | 4 | Turn chicken. | | 5 | Add mushrooms and garlic. | | 6 | Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is brown. | | 7 | Stir in vinegar, broth, bay leaf and thyme. | | 8 | Cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. | | 9 | Remove chicken to serving platter. | | 10 | Stir in 1 t flour and butter. | | 11 | Cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. | | 12 | Discard bay leaf. | | 13 | Pour over chicken. | | 14 | Serve with wild rice and vegtable |
