Baked tuna stuffed potatoes

Ingredients:
8 largeBaking potatoes
2 tbspOleo
2 canTuna (7 oz.), drained
1 tbspOnion, grated
1 tbspChopped parsley
1 canCheddar cheese soup
1/4 tspPaprika
2 Drops (or more)Tabasco sauce
1/4 tspSalt
4 sliceAmerican cheese, halved
Procedures:
1Wash potatoes and rub skins all over with oleo.
2Prick with fork.
3Bake on oven rack in preheated 400°F. oven for 1 ?hrs.
4Or until tender.
5Combine tuna, onion, parsley, soup, paprika, tabasco sauce and salt.
6Toss with fork to break up tuna and blend well.
7Remove 1" slice from top of each potato.
8Scoop out inside of potatoes, leaving shell.
9Add potatoes to tuna mixture, tossing to mix well.
10Spoon lightly into potato shells, mounding high.
11Top each with ?slice of cheese.
12Return to oven until cheese melts.
