Baked tofu and rice patties

Ingredients:
1 cupTofu, mashed
1 cupBrown rice, cooked
1/2 cupCelery, minced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbspNutritional yeast
1 tbspPeanut butter
2 tbspShoyu or tamari
1/2 tspSesame oil, toasted (opt)
1/2 tspSage
4 tbspWhole wheat pastry flour, as
-needed
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients, except for the flour, in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
2Using your hands, shape the mixture into 6 patties.
3Press firmly so that the patties hold together well.
4Dredge both sides of each patty in the flour and palce them on a well-oiled cookie sheet.
5Bake the patties at 400 deg for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
6Turn the patties over halfway through the baking.
7Serve them with the sauce of your choice, acompanied by a steamed vegetable and a salad
