Baked polenta with mushrooms

Ingredients:
6 cupPolenta, cooked
1 ea Garlic clove, quartered
2 tbspOlive oil
1 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 tbspBasil, chopped
1 pinchDried red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Spoon polenta into an oiled 8" x 12" baking dish & set aside.
3Saute garlic in olive oil over medium-low heat until garlic begins to brown.
4About 5 minutes.
5Remove garlic with a slotted spoon & discard.
6Add mushrooms & saute in flavoured oil until they soften.
7They will only need 5 minutes or so.
8Stir in the basil, red pepper, salt & pepper.
9Spread evenly over prepared polenta & bake for 15 minutes.
10Serve hot.
