Baked macaroni & cheese

Ingredients:
3 cupUncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 cupMargarine
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 cupMilk
1 lbsShredded cheddar cheese
1 canRO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
-Green Chilies (10 oz)
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and set aside.
3Melt margarine over low heat.
4Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
5Stir in milk; heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
6Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 1 minute.
7Add cheese and ro*tel.
8Stir until cheese is melted, remove from heat.
9Stir macaroni into cheese sauce.
10Transfer to an ungreased 9x12" baking dish.
11Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through
