Ingredients:
1 lbsPork tenderloin
2 tbspCornstarch
1 tspGround cinnamon
2 Apples, peeled, cored, slice
2 tbspRaisins
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan or casserole dish with a lid.
3Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir.
4Spoon the apple mixture around the pork tenderloin.
5Cover and bake 40 minutes.
6Remove the lid and spoon the apple mixture over the tenderloin.
7Return to the oven and bake 15-20 minutes longer until tenderloin is browned and cooked through.
