Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbsBeef top sirloin steak
-(boneless), cut 1" thick
1/3 cupPrepared Italian dressing
3 tbspFresh lime juice
2 Green or red bell peppers
-- each cut into quarters
2 medOnions, cut crosswise
-- into ? slices
8 medFlour tortillas, warmed
Prepared salsa
Procedures:
1Soak 8 (9") bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes; drain Trim fat from beef steak.
2Cut steak crosswise into ? thick strips.
3Thread an equal amout of beef, weaving back and forth onto each skewer.
4In small bowl, combine dressing and lime juice, mixing well; brush onto beef, peppers and onions.
5Place vegetables on grid over medium ash-covered coals; grill peppers uncovered 12 to 15 minutes and onions 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning both once.
6Approximately 10 minutes before vegetables are done, move vegetables to outer edge of grid.
7Place beef in center of grid; grill 8 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
8Season beef with salt, as desired; remove beef from skewers.
9Serve beef and vegetables in tortillas with salsa.
