Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef top sirloin steak | | | -(boneless), cut 1" thick | | 1/3
| cup | Prepared Italian dressing | | 3
| tbsp | Fresh lime juice | | 2
| | Green or red bell peppers | | | -- each cut into quarters | | 2
| med | Onions, cut crosswise | | | -- into ? slices | | 8
| med | Flour tortillas, warmed | | | Prepared salsa |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soak 8 (9") bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes; drain Trim fat from beef steak. | | 2 | Cut steak crosswise into ? thick strips. | | 3 | Thread an equal amout of beef, weaving back and forth onto each skewer. | | 4 | In small bowl, combine dressing and lime juice, mixing well; brush onto beef, peppers and onions. | | 5 | Place vegetables on grid over medium ash-covered coals; grill peppers uncovered 12 to 15 minutes and onions 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning both once. | | 6 | Approximately 10 minutes before vegetables are done, move vegetables to outer edge of grid. | | 7 | Place beef in center of grid; grill 8 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once. | | 8 | Season beef with salt, as desired; remove beef from skewers. | | 9 | Serve beef and vegetables in tortillas with salsa. | | 10 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
