Procedures:
1Ingredients: leg of lamb dijon mustard italian breadcrumbs bake leg plain (no spices), covered with aluminum foil, 1 hour till mostly done.
2Take out of oven, cover with dijon mustard and italian breadcrumbs.
3Bake for ?hour more (until breadcrumbs are browned).
4Take out of oven, slice meat & put back into the juices of the pan.
5Serve hot.
