| 1 | Shake flour in bag, place in 9 x 13 pan. |
| 2 | Add water and spices, squeeze to combine. |
| 3 | Chop onions, carrots, and potatoes and add to bag. |
| 4 | Turn bag to coat vegetables with sauce. |
| 5 | Arrange veggies in even layer. |
| 6 | Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. |
| 7 | Place on top of vegetables in bag. |
| 8 | Close bag with nylon tie and make 6 half inch slits across top of bag. |
| 9 | Bake 50-55 minutes, or until tender. |
