Ingredients:
450 gramsFish steaks
25 gramsTamarind
50 mlWarm water
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspChilli powder
1/2 tspSatt
1/2 tspBtack pepper
1/2 Litre oil
Procedures:
1Cut the fish steaks into six pieces.
2Soak the tamarind in water, remove the seeds and add to the fish together with the turmeric, chilli powder, salt and pepper.leave to marinade for 10 minutes.heat the oil and fry fish until it turns brown.
3Remove and drain well
