Asparagus ham quiche

Ingredients:

2 pack10-oz. frozen cut asparagus
-thawed
1 lbsFully cooked ham, chopped
2 cupSwiss cheese, shredded, 8-oz
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
6 Eggs
2 cupMilk
1 1/2 cupButtermilk baking mix
2 tbspDried vegetable flakes
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1In two greased 9" pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion.
2In a bowl, beat eggs.
3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate.
5Bake at 375°F for 30 mins.
6Or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
7Yield - 12 servings.
