Ingredients:
2 canCream of broccoli soup
1 cupMilk
1/4 tbspDried thyme
1/4 tbspPepper
4 cupCooked cut-up vegetables
2 cupCubed cooked chicken
1 canRefrigerated flaky biscuits
Procedures:
1In a 3 qt baking dish, combine the soup, milk, thyme, and pepper.
2Stir in the vegetables and chicken or turkey.
3Bake at 400f 15 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble.
4Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
5Remove dish from oven; stir.
6Arrange biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.
7Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
8Variation: top with melted cheddar or swiss cheese (grated) for the last 5 minutes of baking.
9Turkey can be substituted for chicken.
