Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Almonds, slivered | | 2 1/2
| cup | Chicken, cooked | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1/4
| cup | White Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1
| cup | Evaporated Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Sherry | | | Salt & Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt half the butter in a large skillet. | | 2 | Saute mushrooms about 2 minutes. | | 3 | Add rest of butter, flour, salt and pepper. | | 4 | Add raisins and sherry. | | 5 | Cook until sherry has been absorbed. | | 6 | Add milk, chicken and simmer 10 minutes. | | 7 | Serve topped with almonds over rice |
