Ingredients:
2 cupRaw cashew nuts
1 Box AM Quick Brown Rice
--(Vegetable & Herb), cooked
1 cupCooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
2 cupSoy milk
1 largeOnion, chopped
3/4 cupAM Wheatgerm
4 tbspAM Canola Oil
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspSea salt (optional)
4 tbspMinced parsley
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspGround celery seed
1/2 tspGround sage
1 tspOnion powder
1 tspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3Place in a baking dish and bake at 350°F.
4Uncovered for 1 hour or until done.
5Serve with favorite gravy.
