Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupOat bran Cereal, uncooked
1/4 cupNuts, chopped
1/4 cupRaisins
2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
3/4 cupSkim milk
1/4 cupHoney
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tbspVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Pre heat oven 42Coat 12 medium-size muffin cups with vegetable oil or line with paper baking cups.
2In large bowl combine oat bran cereal, nuts, raisins, baking powder, and salt.
3Add remaining ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
4Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
5Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
6Serve warm.
