Ingredients:
10 ozPkg frozen whole kernel Corn
1/4 cupChopped sweet Red Pepper
1/4 cupCream Cheese (reduced cal.)
1 tbspSkim Milk
1/4 cupChopped Green Pepper
1/4 cupChopped Celery
1/4 cupDiced green Chili Peppers
Procedures:
1In a medium saucepan combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery, and ?cup water.
2Cook about 5 minutes or till corn is tender.
3Drain.
