Ingredients:
2 cupMacaroni, cooked
1 eachOnion, chopped
2 tbspMargarine
1/4 cupFlour
2 cupSkimmed milk
2 tspDill weed
2 tspParsley
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspPepper
2 cupLow fat cottage cheese
1/3 cupBread crumbs
1 pinchPaprika
Procedures:
1Preheat oven 350°F.
2Saute onions in margarine, add flour.
3Stir in milk, little at a time until thick.
4Add spices.
5Add cheese.
6Add macaroni.
7Pour into shallow pan.
8Top with crumbs and paprika.
9Bake 45 minutes
