Linguini with arugula, golden garlic & red bell pepper

Ingredients:
4 ozLinguini, uncooked
2 tspOlive oil
1/4 cupJulienne cut red bell pepper
2 tspThinly sliced garlic
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspCrushed red pepper
1 cupTightly packed arugula
Procedures:
1Cook past according to directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well, reserving ?cup cooking liquid.
2Heat oil in skillet over low heat; add bell pepper and next 3 ingredients.
3Stir occasionally.
4Cook 5 minutes.
5Place arugula in a large bowl.
6Add reserved cooking liquid, linguini, and bell pepper mixture.
7Toss well, serve warm.
