1/2 lbsCarrots, small
8 ozAsparagus spears, frozen
1 xLemon pepper (dash)
1/8 cupLemon juice
Procedures:

2Wash, trim, and peel samll carrots.
3Place carrots in a steamer basket above boiling water.
4Cover and steam about 15 minutes or till crisp- tender.
5Rinse carrots in cold water; drain.
6Meanwhile, cook frozen asparagus spears according to package.
7Rinse asparagus in cold water; drain.
8Cover and chill drained carrots and asparagus.
9To serve, arrange carrots and asparagus on a platter.
10Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and lemon pepper.
