Ingredients:
2 cupAcorn squash (cubed)
2 tspMargarine
1 tspOrange rind
1/4 cupOrange juice
2 tbspSugar replacement
Procedures:
1Cook squash in small amount of boiling water until crisp-tender; drain.
2Melt margarine in saucepan.
3Add orange rind, juice and sugar replacement.
4Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
5Add squash; cover.
6Continue cooking until squash is tender.
