Ingredients:
2 cupCooked garbanzo beans
2 tbspSesame oil
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspRaw sesame seeds
Procedures:
1Mash garbanzos well with wooden spoon.
2Stir in oil until the consistency is spreadable (you may need slightly less or more oil depending on the moisture content of the chick peas (adding additional water instead of oil works just as well).
3Add salt & sesame seeds and blend thoroughly.
4This can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for several days and used as a spread on bread
