Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbsChuck, or round, cubed
1/3 cupFlour
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
3 tbspOil
?ea Onion, chopped
1 clGarlic, minced
2 3/4 cupBoiling water
28 ozTomatoes, canned
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspWorcestershire
1 pinchBasil
1 pinchDill
1 pinchThyme
4 medPotatoes, quartered
2 ea Onions, quartered
1 lbsCarrots, 2 inch pieces
1 cupPeas
Procedures:
1Combine flour, pepper, and salt in bag.
2Add meat and shake til coated.
3Heat oil in dutch oven.
4Brown meat on all sides.
5Add onion, garlic, water, tomatoes, salt, and worcestershire.
6Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 2 hours, until meat begins to get tender.
7Add potatoes, onions, and carrots.
8Cook 30-45 mins, until vegetables are done.
9Add peas.
10Cook until heated
