Holiday delight cheesecake (lo-fat)

Ingredients:
1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspSugar
2 tbspMargarine, melted
3 packFat-free Cream Cheese (8oz)
3/4 cupSugar
2 tbspFlour
3 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspCholesterol-free egg product
1 cartnNon-fat lemon yogurt
Lite whipped topping
1 canCherry pie filling
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; mix well.
3Pat onto bottom of 9" or 10" springform pan.
4Set aside.
5Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light, fluffy and smooth.
6Gradually add lemon juice and egg product; beat well.
7Add lemon yogurt and mix thoroughly.
8Pour over prepared crust.
9Loosely place aluminum foil over springform pan.
10Bake at 350°F 60 to 70 minutes or until center of cake is set.
11Gently run tip of knife between cake and edge of pan.
12Cool to room temperature before removing from pan.
13Chill.
14Served topped with cherry pie filling and whipped topping.
