| | Onions, cut and sep.in rings 1 ?ts Garlic salt | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 4
| oz | Sl. mush. drain, res. liquid | | 1/2
| cup | Dry sherry | | | Rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut steak into thin strips. | | 2 | In a large skillet, brown meat in oil using high heat. | | 3 | Add onions. | | 4 | Saute until tender crisp. | | 5 | Blend soup, sherry, liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt. | | 6 | Pour over steak. | | 7 | Add mushrooms. | | 8 | Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender. | | 9 | Serve over beds of fluffy rice |
