Ingredients:
1 medPineapple (about 2 lb)
-peeled, cored and
-cut into 1" chuncks
3/4 cupUnsweetened Pinapple Juice
2 tbspLime Juice
2 clGarlic, Minced
1/2 tspTo 1 ts Jalapeno Pepper
2 tbspMinced Cilantro
1 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspCold water
2 tbspTo 3 Tb NutraSweet

6 oz4 oz Halibut, Haddock

Procedures:
1Heat pineapple, juices, garlic and jalapeno pepper to boiling in a medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 5 minutes.
2Stir in cilantro; heat to boiling.
3Mix cornstarch and cold water, stir into boiling mixture.
4Boil, stiring constantly, until thickened.
5Remove from heat; cool 2-3 minutes.
6Stir in nutrasweet (r) spoonfull (tm); season to taste with salt and pepper.
7Serve warm over fish or pork.
