Ingredients:
4 Boneless pork chops
-- about 1-inch thick
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbspCrushed coriander seeds
1 tbspCoarse ground black pepper
1 tbspBrown sugar
3 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1These sweet peppery pork chops are marinated with just the right touch of seasoning.
2Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
3Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over; let marinate 30 minutes.
4Prepare medium-hot coals, banked, in grill bed.
5Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill chops over indirect heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
6Juices should run clear and chops should be tender and juicy.
