Ingredients:
5 eachTomatoes, chopped
2 eachCelery, chopped
2 eachCarrots, chopped
1 eachOnion, medium, chopped
8 eachGreen onion, chopped
1 packEqual
1 tspBasil
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspOregano
1 tbspVegetable or salad oil
1 lbsSpaghetti
Procedures:
1Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.
2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min. add seasonings.
3Cover pot, cook medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
4Add oil and simmer for 30 min. or until carrots are tender.
5Cook spaghetti, drain.
6Toss with the sauce.
