Fruity spice bars

Ingredients:
1/2 cup+ 1T flour
3/4 tspApple pie spice
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspBaking powder
3/4 ozInstant rolled oats
2 tbsp+ 2 t. margarine
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ozMixed dried fruit, sliced
1/4 cupDark raisins
1 tspConfectioners sugar
1/4 cup+ 2 t. firm packed brown

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In a small mixing bowl, sift flour, apple pie spice, soda and powder together.
3Add oats, stirring to combine; set aside.
4In a medium mixing bowl, cream together brown sugar and margarine until thoroughly combined.
5Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth.
6Gradually beat in sifted ingredients.
7Fold in dried fruit and raisins.
8Spray an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
9Pour batter into baking dish.
10Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out dry.
11Tranfer to wire rach and let cool.
12Dust top with confectioners sugar.
13Cut into 8 equally sized bars.
