Ingredients:
1/3 cupWhole Wheat Flour
1 tbspSugar
2 tbspIce Water
1 tspCornstarch
1 xKiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cupThinly sliced Strawberries
1/3 cupAll purpose Flour
3 tbspMargarine
2 tspSugar
1/2 cupOrange Juice
3/4 cupThinly sliced Banana
Procedures:
1For crust, combine flours and the 1 tablespoon sugar.
2Cut in margarine till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3Sprinkle with ice water; toss till crumbly.
4Form dough into a ball.
5Press dough into a circle on waxed paper.
6Cover with another sheet of waxed paper.
7Roll into a 10 inch circle.
8Remove top sheet of waxed paper; invert onto an ungreased baking sheet.
9Crimp pastry edge.
10Prick with a fork.
11Bake crust ina 400 deg f. oven for 12-15 minutes or till lightly browned.
12Cool.
13Meanwhile, for glaze, combine the 2 teaspoons sugar and cornstarch.
14Stir in orange juice.
15Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
16Remove from heat; cool.
17Place crust on a serving plate.
18Arrange kiwi fruit in the center.
19Arrange bananas around kiwi and berries around bananas.
20Spoon glaze over fruit.
21Serve immediately or chill 1 hour.
