1 smallPk sugar free jello *
1 cupBoiling water
1 cupSugar free carbonated bev
Sparkling water or club soda
-Any flavor COLD *
1 cupFresh fruit, sliced *
Mint leaves, optional
Procedures:
1*choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage.
2(example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas or orange gelatin, club soda and mandarine orange sections.
3You get the idea.
4) dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
5Add beverage.
6Chill until slightly thickened.
7Add fruit.
8Pour into individual dessert dishes.
9Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
10Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if desired.
