Ingredients:
2 tbspSoft margarine
2 tbspSugar replacement
Egg (beaten)
1 1/4 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
2 tspBaking powder
6 tbspSkim milk
Apple (peeled and chopped)
Procedures:
1Cream margarine and sugar replacement; add egg.
2Stir in remaining ingredients.
3Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling no more than two-thirds full.
4Bake at 400f for 25 minutes, or until done.
5For those who like spices, you may add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves to the mix - just a dash of each.
6Yield : 12 muffins 1 muffin = 1 bread calories = 7
