1/4 cupSkim milk
2 tbspMargerine, softened
3 Egg whites OR ?cup
Cholesterol-free egg

1/4 cupBisquick Reduced Fat
Baking mix
STREUSEL
1 cupBisquick Reduced Fat baking
Mix
1/2 cupChopped nuts
1/3 cupPacked brown sugar
3 tbspFirm margerine
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Grease 13x9x2" baking dish.
3Prepare streusel; reserve.
4Spread apples in dish.
5Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds; with hand beater or wire whisk beat for 1 minute or until smooth.
6Pour over applies.
7Sprinkle with streusel.
8Bake about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
9Cool at least 10 minutes.
