Procedures:
| 1 | Drain ricotta cheese. | | 2 | Roll dough to 12x9 rectangle. | | 3 | Spread with spinach, then ricotta, then mushrooms, then mozzerella cheese. | | 4 | Roll up. | | 5 | Seal edges with egg white or egg substitute. | | 6 | Form into circle and seal circle ends with egg white or egg substitute. | | 7 | Brush top with egg. | | 8 | Bake at 350 °F for about 40 minutes |
