Ingredients:
1 eachFrozen bread OR
1 eachRecipe for Focaccia Dough
1/2 lbsSpinach, cooked, drained
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 cupLow-fat ricotta cheese
4 ozLow-fat mozzerella cheese
1/4 cupParsley, fresh, chopped
1 eachEgg white or egg substitute
Procedures:
1Drain ricotta cheese.
2Roll dough to 12x9 rectangle.
3Spread with spinach, then ricotta, then mushrooms, then mozzerella cheese.
4Roll up.
5Seal edges with egg white or egg substitute.
6Form into circle and seal circle ends with egg white or egg substitute.
7Brush top with egg.
8Bake at 350 °F for about 40 minutes
