Ingredients:

| | Pie crusts. Use your own | | | Favorite | | 8
| | Medium apples tart are best. | | 4
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 4
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 8
| pack | Sugar substitute(like Equal) | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins (optional) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put one pie crust in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. | | 2 | Use a fork to prick the bottom crust in several places. | | 3 | Using one of the tablespoons of butter, dot the bottom crust with small pieces of butter. | | 4 | Next put on two of the apples, sliced, peeled and cored. | | 5 | On top of that sprinkle two packets of sugar substitute and a tablespoon of cinnamon. | | 6 | Next sprinkle 1/8 of a cup of raisins, if you"re using them. | | 7 | This completes one layer. | | 8 | Start again with the butter, then the apples, etc. | | 9 | Make 4 layers, using all the remaining ingredients. | | 10 | This will give you an over-flowing pie. | | 11 | Place the top crust on pinch the edges and put a vent in the top. | | 12 | Bake at 375 °F for 40 - 50 minutes. | | 13 | The pie is done when the crust has turned a nice golden brown |
