Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken, in quarters/pieces
1 tbspMustard, prepared
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupBread crumbs, freshly made
1 tbspButter, softened
1 tbspVinegar
1/4 tspCayenne, or to taste
Procedures:
1Prehead oven to 375°F.
2Wipe the chicken with a paper towel.
3Mix the= butter, mustard, vinegar, salt and cayenne, and rub the mixture all over the skin side of the chicken.=14place the chicken, skin side up, in a shallow= roasting pan.
