Ingredients:
1 medOrange
1/2 cupRaw Cranberries
Sugar substitute equal to 1
Tablespoon sugar
1 packSugar free gelatin, red
3/4 cupBoiling water
1/2 cupCold water
Ice cubes
Procedures:
1Quarter the oragne and remove seeds, combine orange and cranberries in food processor and chop finely.
2Add sugar substitute and set aside.
3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
4Combine cold water and enough ice cupes to make 1 cup ice water.
5Add water to gelatin and stir.
6Set aside until ice cubes melt.
7Add fruit mixture.
8Pour into a 2 cup mold or an 8 inch square pan which has been sprayed with pam.
9Chill until firm.
