Procedures:
| 1 | 3 tbsp cornstarch ?tsp salt 2 c skim milk ?c fudge sweet 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla in a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt, and ?c cold milk. | | 2 | Blend until smooth. | | 3 | Add 1 ?c milk, and fudge sweet. | | 4 | Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to boil.* remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. | | 5 | Pour into serving dishes. | | 6 | *for a richer pudding: when you remove from heat, pour a small amount of pudding over 2 beaten egg yolks, which have been placed in a small bowl. | | 7 | Return entire mixture to saucepan, cook 2 minutes, then remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. | | 8 | Sweet inspirations by ron & patti lynch |
