Ingredients:

3/4 cupGranulated sugar
1/4 cupCocoa
1/4 cupMargarine, softened
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
2 largeEgg whites (1 lg egg works)
1 tspVanilla
1 cupHot water
2 tspConfectioner's sugar (option
Procedures:
1Not suitable for diabetic, carbohydrate information missing.
2Preheat oven to 350°F.
3Measure ingredients into mixing bowl in the order given, beat until smooth.
4Pour into 9x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray or use wax paper to line the pan.
5Bake about 25-30 minutes or until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean.
6Serve warm or cool.
7If cool, sift icing/confectioner"s sugar over cake.
8Cut 16 servings.
