1/4 cupGreen bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cupWater
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1 smallZucchini, sliced
15 ozBlack-eyed peas, rinsed and
16 ozStewed tomatoes, undrained
2 tbspFresh parsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Recipe by: pasta, rice & beans heat all ingredients except parsley to boiling in 2 qt. saucepan; reduce heat.
2Cover and simmer 20 min. stir in parsley
