Ingredients:
BUTTER BUSTERS
1 Pillsbury Lovin'Lites yellow
-cake mix
1 cupSugar
15 ozCan crushed pineapple
1 packDream Whip, prepared
4 ozInstant vanilla pudding mix
-(I used sugar free)
3 Bananas
1/2 cupGrape-Nuts cereal
6 Maraschino cherries
3 Egg Beaters
Procedures:
1Spray a 9x13-inch cake pan or glass casserole dish with a non-fat cooking spray.
2Preheat oven to 350°F.
3Prepare cake using three egg beaters (?cup).
4While cake is baking, mix sugar and pineapple in a saucepan; boil for 5 minutes.
5Remove cake from oven and prick top with a fork.
6Pour pineapple mixture over the top of cake.
7Cool completely.
8Prepare instant pudding with skim milk as directed on package.
9Spread on top of cooled cake.
10Slice bananas and place over top of pudding.
11Spread prepared dream whip over the bananas.
12Sprinkle grape-nuts cereal over the top.
13Slice the cherries in half and place on top of dream whip.
14Distribute evenly over the top.
15Chill at least 1 hour.
